Brian 2a7859e59f Add Bazzite/CachyOS HTPC + emulation setup script 
One-shot idempotent setup for a fresh HTPC install: HTPC flatpaks
(Audiobookshelf, VacuumTube, Jellyfin, Plex), per-Steam-user Jellyfin
profile launcher, TrueNAS NFS mount, ES-DE + standalone emulators,
RetroArch with cores, Gaming Mode mute-button handler as a user
service, and all apps registered as non-Steam games with SteamGridDB
artwork. Detects Bazzite vs Arch derivatives at runtime and uses the
matching package-manager commands.
