A journal day now has ‹ and › either side of its date, on the web and on
Android, going to the nearest day with pages on it — so old entries can be
re-read in order without going back out to the calendar. They work from a day
with nothing on it, grey out at either end of the journal, and aren't shown for
plain notebooks. Android keeps the pen in hand across the step, waits out
pending typing first, and shows the year once it isn't this one.

Also stops the web day-files list doubling up its cards when two loads overlap,
which stepping quickly made easy to hit.
