Highlight every dose of a medication on tap, and move the chart picker below

On History, tapping or clicking a logged dose highlights every other dose of
the same medication at the same dosage and fades the rest, so it's easy to see
at a glance when it was last taken. Tapping it again — or Escape on the web —
clears the highlight. A dosage change starts a separate group, since the same
medication at a different strength isn't the same dose.

On the intake chart, the ingredient selector now sits below the chart instead
of above it.

Both changes are applied to the web app and the Android app.
